Cancellation & Refund Policy

This policy applies when paid Fluentic subscriptions become available. Fluentic is operated by SZU CHIEH CHU.

Simple version: You can cancel before your next renewal. Your plan stays active through the period already paid for, but payments already made are non-refundable except where required by law or for a confirmed duplicate or incorrect charge.

1. Plans and renewal

Creator: US$29 per month, with the usage shown at checkout.
Studio: US$59 per month, with the usage shown at checkout.

Paid subscriptions renew automatically each month until cancelled. The checkout page will disclose the price, billing frequency, included usage, and any applicable taxes before you pay.

2. How to cancel

You may cancel from the subscription or billing controls made available in Fluentic. If those controls are unavailable, email admin@jennovallc.com from the address associated with your account. Submit cancellation before the next renewal date to avoid the next charge.

After cancellation, paid access normally continues until the end of the current billing period. Cancellation does not delete your account or projects; those can be removed separately through Privacy & data controls.

3. Refunds

All subscription payments are final and non-refundable, including charges for unused time, unused monthly allowances, accidental purchases, failure to cancel before renewal, or dissatisfaction with AI-generated output.

The only exceptions are refunds required by applicable law, duplicate charges, or charges that Fluentic confirms were made in error. If you believe one of these exceptions applies, contact us with the account email, charge date, and a short description. We may ask for information needed to verify the billing error.

4. Plan changes and unused usage

Unused monthly analyses, voice generations, video generations, or other plan allowances do not roll over or have cash value unless the plan page expressly says otherwise. Any upgrade, downgrade, credit, or proration will be shown before confirmation.

5. Account suspension

If an account is suspended for fraud, abuse, unauthorized impersonation, or another material breach of the Terms, fees already paid remain non-refundable to the extent permitted by law.
