FluenticThese Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Fluentic, operated by SZU CHIEH CHU. By creating an account or using Fluentic, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
1. Who may use Fluentic
You must be at least 13 years old and legally able to enter into these Terms. If you have not reached the age of legal majority where you live, a parent or legal guardian must authorize your use.
2. Your account
You are responsible for accurate account information, protecting your credentials, and activity under your account. Tell us promptly at admin@jennovallc.com if you believe your account has been compromised.
3. Creator content and permission
You retain ownership of content you upload and outputs created for you, subject to any rights in third-party materials. You give Fluentic a limited, non-exclusive license to host, copy, transmit, modify, and process that content only as needed to operate, secure, and support the service.
You represent that you have all necessary rights and consent for every person, voice, face, recording, brand, music track, image, and other material you submit. You are responsible for reviewing outputs before publishing them.
4. Voice cloning and synthetic media
You may use voice cloning or lip-sync features only for yourself or with the clear permission of every affected person. You must disclose synthetic or materially altered media when required by law or platform rules. Fluentic may block or remove content and suspend accounts where we reasonably believe these tools are being used for deception, impersonation, fraud, exploitation, or harm.
5. Acceptable use
You may not use Fluentic to violate law or another person's rights; impersonate someone without permission; create fraudulent, abusive, sexually exploitative, or dangerous content; distribute malware; bypass plan limits or security controls; reverse engineer protected parts of the service; or interfere with other users or Fluentic's infrastructure.
6. AI-generated outputs
Fluentic uses automated systems that can make mistakes. Rewrites, translations, subtitles, voice, delivery suggestions, and lip-sync output may be inaccurate or unsuitable. Outputs are not professional legal, medical, financial, or other regulated advice. You decide whether and how to use or publish an output and remain responsible for the final content.
7. Plans, billing, and renewals
Fluentic may offer Free, Creator, and Studio plans. Current public prices and included usage are shown on the pricing section. Paid plans are billed monthly in advance and renew automatically until cancelled. Taxes may be added where required. Before payment, checkout will show the amount, billing period, and payment provider.
You may cancel before the next renewal. Payments already made are non-refundable except where required by law or for a confirmed duplicate or incorrect charge. Full details are in our Cancellation & Refund Policy.
8. Third-party services
Fluentic relies on third-party providers for hosting, AI processing, authentication, payments, voice, and video generation. Their availability and terms may affect specific features. Links or export options for external social platforms do not mean those platforms endorse Fluentic.
9. Service availability and changes
We may update, add, limit, or discontinue features to improve the product, comply with law, manage safety, or reflect provider changes. We do not promise uninterrupted availability. If a paid feature is materially discontinued, we will handle any required remedy under applicable law and our refund policy.
10. Intellectual property
Fluentic's software, branding, interface, and original site content belong to Fluentic or its licensors. These Terms do not give you permission to copy our branding or proprietary software except as necessary to use the service.
11. Suspension and termination
You may stop using Fluentic or delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you materially breach these Terms, create legal or safety risk, fail to pay applicable fees, or abuse the service. Where reasonable, we will provide notice and an opportunity to resolve the issue.
12. Disclaimers and liability
To the extent permitted by law, Fluentic is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties that outputs will be error-free, platform-approved, or suitable for a particular purpose. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded. To the extent permitted by law, Fluentic will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages arising from use of the service.
13. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to the place where Fluentic's operator is established, without overriding mandatory consumer protections that apply where you live. Before starting formal proceedings, please contact us so we can try to resolve the issue informally.
14. Changes and contact
We may update these Terms by posting a revised version and effective date. Material changes will receive additional notice where required. Questions can be sent to admin@jennovallc.com.
